Desert Illusion Inc. is a member owned not-for-profit corporation designed to organize and benefit the shareholders (owners) of our houseboat. Our corporation was founded in 2001 in the state of Utah. The corporation is governed by a board of directors who act on behalf of the shareholders. The board of directors appoints officers who are responsible for enforcing and acting on the rules and regulations that are designed to protect our collective interest.
