Before Season Maintenance
- Replaced blown Starboard engine. (Found the port engine to also be bad)
- Full tune up, oil and filter, fuel filter, water pump rebuild on both engines. New belts and spark plug wires.
- Hrs on tune ups - Port-279.3, Stbd-79.8, Gen 9152.2
- Change all oil, cooling and exhaust sensors and switches on generator. New shut down control board.
- Replaced bad starter on starboard engine
- Replaced bad starter on generator
- Replaced damaged power steering pump on port engine and flush system. CHECK FLUIDS EACH TRIP
- Replaced bad Pro Nautic 12 volt battery charger.
- Replaced damaged portable 12V battery charger.
- Replaced all four anchor ropes.
- Made two 150' mooring ropes.
- Made several docking ropes for tying up to pump out dock.
- Made new HVAC filter media for both filter locations. Clean these each week.
- Replaced leaking water inlet solenoid on ice maker
- Replaced lake water inlet hose on ice maker.
- Replaced ice maker tub drain hose.
- Replaced leaking fresh water faucets in both bathrooms.
- Replaced broken sink drain toggle in aft bath vanity (all three drain toggles were replaced)
- Replaced damaged exterior spot lights at all four corners of the boat.
- Replaced all in-ceiling and top deck helm stereo speakers.
- Installed 120V outlet on front deck by Blackstone grill.
- Replaced burned top deck 120V outlet and weather cover.
- Installed new lake water strainer on port side for lake water and slide water systems.
- Replaced the basket in the port side lake water strainer for generator cooling.
- Replaced the broken swim deck shower wand.
- Stocked lots of mouse and rat traps.
- Repaired wire on stove lock assembly where a mouse chewed it.
- Shampoo carpet.
- Launder all mattress covers
- Clean, clean, clean.
- Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, bilge pumps, water pumps, toilet parts
- Filled all inverter, house and starting batteries with distilled water
- New snap tool and snap supplies for wind screens.
- Replaced all three starting batteries (both drive engines and generator)
During Season Repairs
- Replaced port power steering pump again; check fluid levels each trip.
- Repaired slide and swim deck from Steamboat's Daddy accident.
- Replaced starboard rear window glass.
To-Do for 2025
- Repair Starboard Drive Unit
- Top deck repair and replace screens, bar stools, and chaise loungers.
- Replace port drive engine and stock sufficient repair tools.
- Replace several light switches and develop a system for check-on/off sheets.
